• All our standard services include lawn mowing, whipper snipping and leaf blowing. The standard lawn service pricing is pre calculated by how big your home is.

• It is entirely up to you to stay around or go catch up on chores and errands while our professional team take care of your lawn.

• Pruning of trees which violate council regulations.
• Pruning of tree branches which are higher than 3m reach. If branches exceed 3m reach please contact us and we will get back to you.
• Hedging top of hedges that exceeds 3m.
• Cleaning excessive pet waste.
• Under the Australian OH&S standards and the health and safety of our team, we cannot perform work where temperate exceed 35 degrees.
• Any type of tasks that may cause possible damage to homeowners or pedestrians.
• Any tasks that will put our gardeners in danger.

Our Happiness Guarantee policy will assure you that our commitment to our services will satisfy your needs. If there are concerns with the lawn care service you have received, we will work with you to make it right. Below is our procedure.

1. Call us within 48 hours of your booking and provide us with details about your issues.
2. Photos may be required for future reference.
3. We will re-schedule the lawn care at no cost to you on the following business day if you didn’t receive the service you have paid for.

After the re-visit, if you still have concerns regarding the lawn care, we will review your issues once again and if we are unable to address your issues, we will provide a credit or a refund to you.

Yes we provide general green waste removal only, waste that aren’t in the green category will not be removed. If you need green waste removal services from excess gardening waste (weeds, palm fronds, tree branches) please let us know.
